"Wouldn't that be a great braid trim around a square cake? I look at things and think (about) what I can do with a cake. I can't see it in clay or putty or sculpture work, but for whatever reason I can see it, and I can do it, in cake." A short, incomplete list of what Green has achieved in cake includes a barrel of apples, the trunk of a pecan tree, a Links of London V Charm, Elvis' blue suede shoes, a zebra-striped clutch, rhinestone stilettos, castles, clam shells, golf bags and football stadiums.
